Lynn Frasier earned her Real Estate License in 2005 after working in the legal field as a Paralegal for private law firms and health organizations. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. A long-time resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Lynn services properties in Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Charles, and Montgomery Counties and the surrounding areas. Specializing in residential real estate focusing on assisting home buyers and investors, Lynn has the multi-faceted expertise needed to assist her clients to their benefit as her clients realize their real estate goals. She truly understands the dynamics of the Washington, DC metropolitan area real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. Lynn believes that education is paramount to success and for this reason she has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Legal Communication Studies from Howard University and earned a certificate in Paralegal Studies at the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta and has completed graduate level courses at the USDA Graduate School in Washington, DC. In addition, she has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. Lynn also remains current in the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.
While Lynn’s personal awards are too extensive to list individually, she focuses on her rewards from all her activities whether it’s aiding someone in the community which she has done for 30 years or assisting homebuyers with the purchase of their first home or teaching a Hand Dance class. Lynn also helps the community by serving on the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors Community Service Committee, teaching classes to youth and adults on credit, participating in numerous walk-a-thons, volunteering for the USO and donating to Habitat for Humanity through her brokerage, Exit Realty. To date Exit Realty has donated over $2 million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
With parents from the beautiful island of Haiti, having traveled to Europe, the Caribbean and across the country as well as having lived in various cities along the East Coast such as New York, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, and Washington, DC, she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating. She is fluent in the language of Haitian Creole and looks to learn American Sign Language as well as strengthening her skills in Spanish and French.
